Important log files for Plesk server – Apache, Domain, Named, MySQL, Mail, access and Error log location for Plesk server

It’s very essential to know the log file location for trouble-shooting. Here I am explaining the log file location in Plesk servers.

Apache log location on Plesk

/var/log/httpd/access_log
/var/log/httpd/error_log

Suexec log location in Plesk

/var/log/httpd/suexec_log

Domain specific logs

/var/www/vhosts/domain.com/logs/error_log
/var/www/vhosts/domain.com/logs/access_log

Server logs location

/var/log/messages

Named or Bind logs location

/var/log/messages

MySQL logs location

/var/lib/mysql/hostname.err

or the log file location specified in my.cnf

Mail logs

/usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog

SSH logs

/var/log/secure

Mailman log location

/var/log/mailman/

Cron log location

/var/log/cron

Horde log location

/var/log/psa-horde/psa-horde.log

Plesk access and Error log location

/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_access_log
/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log
